Standun Bodymakers

　　The Stolle family of Standun Bodymakers leads the industry in the production of two-piece D&I can bodies. These specialized horizontal presses are engineered to maintain the extremely close tolerances required in finished can bodies, and are ruggedly built to deliver a quality product day after day. Stolle offers both Standun B6 and B5 Series bodymaker models, capable of producing a wide range of can body heights and diameters in either aluminum or steel material. The Standun B5A is the industry’s first bodymaker specially designed to make thinwall aerosol can bodies, which use 30% to 50% less metal than three-piece aerosol.

　　The adaptable Standun/Pride tool pack maintains precise wall accuracies during sustained high speed ironing of can bodies. The modular tool pack has a self?cleaning feature and is designed to maximize coolant circulation for improved tolerance stability. All Standun bodymakers feature state-of-the-art mechanical components for the highest speeds and operating efficiencies, as well as an integral lubrication system and easy-access stainless steel covers and guards.

1．Five models for can heights from 5.25” (133.4mm) to 7.00” (177.8mm),

Standun B5A Series Bodymaker for Two-Piece Thinwall D&I Aerosol Cans
1．Can be configured to produce a full range of typical aerosol can sizes,
from 3.78” (96mm) to 7.68” (195mm) with up to 29” stroke machine
2．Machine speeds up to 250 strokes per minute
3．Can diameters from 1.3” (35mm) to 2.875” (195mm)
